Support Team Internship

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious Support Team Assistant for our UK office. The role requires a disciplined and well spoken individual to work within the Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of day to day admin tasks as well as assisting the Account Management team with any requests they may have.

The primary focus of this role is administrative in nature. The successful candidate will be required to perform several admin tasks on a daily basis. These tasks are fundamental to the Account Management and Support teams, the majority of which are listed below:

  • Posting and updating of merchant newsletters and promotions on the Webgains blog for both Webgains UK and Ireland.
  • Adding the same promotions to the industry forum – A4U (www.affiliates4u.com).
  • Updating and adding new voucher codes to the relevant places
  • Data feed mapping and processing
  • Upload merchant banners, etc

Candidate Requirements

  • You enjoy working with people and are a good communicator.
  • You have a good understanding of how the internet works and are prepared to learn further.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team but are able to organise and prioritise your own work with minimum supervision, taking responsibility and pride in successfully performing your duties.
